Vantex, the Company

Vantex USA, LLC is a subsidiary of Vantex International Company, Ltd.
headquartered in Taichung , Taiwan. Vantex International Company, Ltd. was
started in 1987 by Vance Chiang who is the Managing Director of the

Vantex USA, LLC was formed in 2005 to provide better service to Vantex
customers in Europe and North America. Vantex USA, LLC is located in
Rockford, Michigan and headed by Jim Bauman, who is the US Partner.

Vantex has been in the forefront of sourcing and distribution to the OEM and
dealer markets for close to 20 years. We have a fully trained and experienced
staff with in depth knowledge of all of our products and services.

We have our own packaging and quality control factory and warehouse in
Foshon, China. We have fully staffed offices in Foshon and Ningbo, China,
Taichung, Taiwan and Rockford, Michigan.
